Start your day with warm pastries at Le Kotémer, the main poolside restaurant, and end it with Creole specialities, organic meat and seasonal vegetables. La Trattoria, the second restaurant at the hotel, offers guests a constantly-changing menu of brasserie-style dishes, together with an ocean view. The bar next to the main swimming pool specialises in classic Reunionese rum cocktails and the ice cream parlour is the best way to discover the island’s indigenous fruits.
