Golf

If golf is your passion then Seal Cliff is your dream destination. Driving into sea Cliff resorts & Spa you know you have found something special. The 4km road that winds its way through a coconut plantation to the hotel is a reminder of the Zanzibar of old. You’ll see no other hotels, or busy roads, just open space and palm trees. Peace and tranquility abound. And just as you think, ”this is heaven on earth”, it gets even better. Meandering and undulating along the coastal dunes, past mangroves and tropical bush, is the most spectacular man-made feature on the island: a 9-hole, 18-tee, par-70 golf course designed by Peter Matkovich. Although it is a 9-hole course, the variation in distance and direction on both the front and back 9, gives you the sensation that you have played 18 holes. And if you’re not walking the fairways you could be perfecting your game on the world-class practice facility, which includes a full length driving range with an array of chipping, bunker and putting greens.
